Main Courses.

The range of main courses available is wide and vast. The list below is just a small sampling of the entrees offered.

  • Pasta Carbonara - Penne with loads of ham and bacon in a rich cream sauce.
  • Spaghetti or Mostaccioli  - with meat sauce or marinara and meatballs.
  • Pasta Primavera – angel hair with lightly sautéed fresh vegetables (mushrooms, green beans, carrots, broccoli, asparagus) in a garlic cream sauce with romano and parmesan cheeses.  (Meatless)
  • Farfalle with Grilled Chicken- sautéed peppers, pea pods, onions and mushrooms in a smoky parmesan cream sauce.
  • Turkey or Chicken Tetrazzini
  • Beef Stroganoff - Thin sliced beef with mushrooms and onions in a rich beef gravy. Served over extra wide egg noodles.
  • Lasagna - Homemade with meaty tomato sauce and three kinds of cheese.
  • French Chicken - Oven roasted chicken legs, breasts and thighs with carrots, red potatoes, marjoram, garlic, pearl onions, button mushrooms and green peas in a buttery white sauce.
  • Teriyaki Chicken - tender, marinated chicken with stir fried vegetables and sticky rice.
  • Korean Chicken Tenders -skewered, marinated chicken strips served with rice and steamed vegetables.
  • Nona’s Italian Country Chicken- Breaded boneless breast of chicken with Italian seasoning, Monterey Jack cheese and fried onions.
